Do you have COD to the state of Kerala and what is the time taken for the order to reach?
We do have COD to the state of Kerala. We use India Post Express Parcel COD (EPCOD) for this service as private courier partners do not provide COD service to Kerala. The EPCOD takes anywhere between 5-10 working days to reach you once shipped.
Where is your store located? Is it possible to visit you?
We are an exclusive online boutique based out of Bangalore. We do not have a physical store anywhere. Hence, it is not possible to visit and buy.
How do I purchase from you?

How do I know the availability of any suit?
Please visit our website http://www.ethnicsutra.com/ which has all the available products. Due to constant sales, it is extremely difficult to keep the FB page updated with the current status of each product. If you do NOT find the product on our website, please consider it SOLD.
Can I get Sold products remade?
We usually follow the one design per piece policy to keep our products as unique as possible. If we do get some pieces back in stock, they will be displayed on our FB page and website. Please follow the page to get regular updates.
What are the shipping charges?
We ship FREE across India.
Do you have Cash on Delivery?
Yes we do. We provide this facility in the states of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka and few select cities. If you see the Cash on Delivery button disabled while placing your order, it means that COD is not available for your pincode. We are currently unable to provide this service to Kerala due to unavoidable circumstances.
What are the charges for Cash on Delivery?
We charge Rs.50 per order for COD.
How many days will it take for the courier to reach me?
We ship the order in 2-3 business days of receiving the order/payment. If you are based outside Bangalore it takes anywhere between 2-5 days to reach you depending on the location.
We request you to provide your complete and correct postal address along with your mobile number to avoid unnecessary delays in delivery and loss of shipments.
Do you courier outside India?
We do ship outside India, shipping charges applicable.
I stay outside India, can I buy your products and get it delivered in India?
YES! All you need to do is place your order on our website using the Bank Deposit option. You will receive an email with our bank account details. You can make the payment by Fund Transfer to our account, Western Union or Xoom.

Do you supply in bulk or for resell?
NO, we don't. However you can buy any number of peices you wish to buy that are available on our website.
Do I get exactly what I see in the photo? Would the color be different when I receive the material?
We go that extra mile to give you the exact picture of the product you are buying. We also shoot in natural light to keep the colors as true as possible. However, certain colors may vary slightly due to digital photography, the shine in the fabric and other external factors beyond our control.
Also, laptops/monitors/handheld devices without proper display settings may not show the true intended colours.
We do mention the fabric colors in the description. Please make sure to read the description carefully before placing your order

The cotton fabric I bought is bleeding, is this normal?
Yes. The cottons do tend to bleed in the first couple of washes as they are dyed using vegetable dyes and the excess will bleed. Please note that Reds and Indigos tend to bleed more than other colors.
The cotton indigos do tend to dry bleed. Hence we suggest a wash before the first wear.

The Indigo Saree/Dress I bought bleeds and transfers colors when worn for first time. Why?
This product is dyed using natural Indigo, which may dry rub or bleed on coming in contact with skin/furniture/water for the first time. We recommend that the product is dry cleaned before first use to avoid the dry rub.
The Dabu block print uses specially created mud mixture for the purpose of resist printing and this mixture also helps in securing the color to the fabric. For this reason, sometimes, some part of the mixture may be left over on the fabric. This may look like dirt but is a part of the dyeing process and will be gone after wash.
This product is natural dyed and some colors may bleed in the first few washes.
Hand painted kalamkari dupattas do not look perfect, why?
The painting is done with hand, hence it tends to spread/smudge or not be perfect or symmetric. Imperfection is the beauty of handmade products!
Can I exchange the product I bought from you?
We accept exchange only if you have received an incorrect or damaged product. We DO NOT accept exchanges for slight color variations you may experience. We also do not accept exchanges/returns for hand made products that may have slight imperfections in block print, slight smudging or such.
We have to be intimated by email or phone within 2 days of receiving the product about any damages or incorrect products. The product has to be sent back to us within 5 days of receiving it if the return/exchange has been accepted by us.
Do you have a stitching unit?
We do not have a stitching unit at the moment.
